In December 2020, Air-Val International S.A. committed to a PLAN FOR EQUAL TREATMENT AND OPPORTUNITIES BETWEEN WOMEN AND MEN, following the guidelines set by national and international legislation on the matter and considering that equality between women and men and the elimination of inequalities between the two is a transversal objective that must be integrated as a strategic principle of our Corporate and Human Resources Policy.
We approach our Equality Plan as a modernization of our business management system that represents improvements with respect to the current situation, contributing to progress towards a society in which equality is real and effective.
We establish systems, policies and standards in the organization so that they allow maintaining equal opportunities and conciliation as a transversal principle of Air-Val International S.A., at all levels of the organization and in all the organization’s policies.
We guarantee equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in each of the issues that affect workers and the organization (access, selection, hiring, promotion and training, conciliation, remuneration, communication, health).
