1. INFORMATION FOR USERS
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
AIR-VAL INTERNATIONAL, S.A. will be the data controller for the personal data of those individuals who have created a profile on any of its social media platforms, and this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), providing the following information about the processing:
What do we process your personal data for?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the user and AIR-VAL INTERNATIONAL, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”), which may include the following operations:
- Processing requests and queries submitted to the Data Controller
- Informing about activities and events organised by the Data Controller
- Informing about products or services offered by the Data Controller
- Interacting through official profiles
When the Data Controller collects and processes personal data through its social media, users will be informed about the purpose of the data collection as well as their rights regarding their personal data. Personal data will be used solely for the indicated purposes and will be kept securely.
Legal Basis for Processing: The explicit consent granted by the user for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
On the other hand, users can access the privacy policies of the social media platform at any time, as well as configure their profiles to ensure their privacy.
How long will we retain your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be retained as long as the user does not revoke the consent granted as indicated in this privacy policy.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
Data communication: the information provided by the user through the Data Controller’s social media, including personal data, may be published, depending on the services the user utilises, and may be made publicly available to other users of the social media platforms. From each social media profile, users can configure what information they want to make public in each case, view the permissions granted, remove them, or deactivate them, as well as any third-party applications they no longer wish to use.
However, there is no planned communication of personal data to third parties outside of the social media platform unless it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the Data Controller has signed the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights available to the user: these can only be satisfied in relation to the information that is under the control of the Data Controller.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, as well as limitation or objection to its processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The Data Controller will carry out the following actions:
- Access to the public information of the profile.
- Publication on the user’s profile of all information already published on the Data Controller’s social media.
- Sending personal and individual messages through the social media channels.
- Updates to the page status will be published on the user’s profile.
The user can always control their connections, delete content they no longer find interesting, and restrict whom they share their connections with; for this, they must access their settings where they will find different configuration options regarding the level of privacy of their user profile on the social media platform.
3. PUBLICATIONS
The purpose of social media is to provide visibility and promote the activities carried out by the Data Controller. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy.
Once the user follows or joins the Data Controller’s social media, they can publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. In all cases, the user must be the owner of the published content, hold copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of any affected third parties.
Any publication on the social media platform, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that offends or is likely to offend morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the law, is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company’s profiles. The Company reserves the right to delete such comments or content and block the responsible users.
In such cases, the Data Controller reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the user.
The Data Controller will not be responsible for the content freely published by the user. The user should be aware that their publications will be known to other users, so they are the primary responsible party for their privacy.
Images published on social media will not be stored in any file by the Data Controller but will remain on the social media platform.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
It is recommended to review and read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social media platform at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for registration.
Furthermore, the Data Controller will be expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social media by minors or persons with special needs, whose access should be carried out under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
